Sound Healing is an ancient practice that uses sound and vibrations of instruments, such as gongs and singing bowls, to relax the body and mind and create a deep sense of relaxation.

Sound healing is a powerful method for working on several issues, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional imbalances. It can also help reduce stress, improve sleep, reduce inflammation and balance mood.

Sound therapy works powerfully but gently to return the body’s frequencies to their natural state.

Body work

Let your body find its innate power again by working with our holistic therapists.

The focus is on a holistic approach to body, mind, and spirit.

By working on energy points of the meridians, applying reflexology and acupressure to the muscles and tendons.

And to activate the lymphatic system, among other things, we also work on the mental (old traumas, etc.) and emotional levels.

Meditation/Yoga

Let yourself be led on a journey to inner happiness by making space for healing, creativity, silence, intuition, and connection.

We believe in yoga sessions as a powerful antidote to stress to release built-up stress and tension.
These sessions help you down-regulate the sympathetic nervous system and up-regulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for rest, hormone production, digestion, energy conservation, and slowing the heart rate.

Classes consist of a combination of Meditation, Yoga, and Breathwork
